The Spyglass family of Triple IR and UV/IR flame detectors delivers fast and reliable optical flame detection over long distances while providing exceptional immunity to false alarms. Designed for harsh industrial environments, these detectors are also available with optional built-in high-definition video for remote fire verification.

Spyglass SG50-F Series

The Spyglass SG50-F Series is designed to detect a wide range of fires in rugged industrial environments. Its compact design, advanced detection technology, and optional HD video make it an ideal solution for reliable fire protection.

Spyglass IR3-H2 Xtend

The Xtend version uses advanced triple infrared technology and specialised algorithms to detect both hydrogen and hydrocarbon fires simultaneously while maintaining excellent hydrogen flame detection performance.

Typical applications include electrolysers, hydrogen refuelling stations, SMRs, and industrial facilities handling hydrogen.

Hot CO₂ Rejection

The optional Hot CO₂ Rejection feature filters false signals from hot exhaust gases while maintaining fast and accurate hydrocarbon flame detection.

Typical applications include aircraft hangars, heliports, tunnels, loading bays, and other areas with heavy vehicle activity.

Ultra Fast Detection

The Ultra Fast version is designed for high-speed industrial processes and complies with NFPA 33 requirements by detecting fires in less than 0.5 seconds.

Typical applications include automotive spray booths, high-speed printing and coating lines, conveyors, and fast-moving production systems.
