The Searchline Excel and XNX Transmitter are supplied as a kit, combining their advantages to provide a high-level solution for detecting flammable gases.

The Excel Open Path Flammable gas detector is a cost-effective alternative to installing multiple single-point combustible gas detectors for large areas.

The XNX transmitter provides a standard interface compatible with Honeywell Analytics fixed gas detectors for flammable, toxic and oxygen monitoring. It has outputs and inputs that can be customised for a specific plant requirement. Gas readings are shown locally and can be monitored from a control room.

All kits can be configured with HART over 4-20mA output and a local IS HART port, also with non-intrusive magnetic switches. No declassification of the area or hot work permit is needed.

A calibration needs to be specified for each Excel/XNX kit, and an alignment kit is required for commissioning.
