The Honeywell Searchline Excel Plus Flammable Hydrocarbon gas detector delivers unsurpassed uptime with robust detection in some of the harshest conditions. Responses to a wide range of hydrocarbon gases, including Methane, Ethane, Propane, Butane, Pentane, Hexane, Ethylene, and Propylene.

The Searchline Excel Plus is a short and medium-range gas detector designed for global oil and gas applications, upstream and downstream, onshore and offshore, protecting your people, facilities and systems from combustible gas leaks.

  • Including 4-20mA, HART (over the 4-20 mA analogue output), Modbus and Bluetooth communication. Easily integrate Searchline Excel Plus into your existing network.
  • Relays for Alarm 1, Alarm 2 and Fault are included and may be configured normally open or normally closed, latching or non-latching.

Connectivity

  • Features Bluetooth connectivity for easy, non-intrusive set-up and maintenance. Pair the Searchline Excel Plus with our intrinsically safe, ruggedised mobile phone, then use the Honeywell Fixed Platform App to interact with the detector.

Approvals

  • Global hazardous area and performance approvals include SIL2, ATEX, IECEx, cULus, FM, INMETRO, CCCF, Ex d, Zone 1, Class II/III and ANSI/FM/IEC/EN60079-29-4.
